Application Package For Behavioral Health Practices
Presently, only doctoral level practices are eligible for accreditation.
This includes any practice whose owner is a doctoral level licensed practitioner and whose practice includes providing behavioral healthcare services. The Board of Directors and specialty committee is the final
authority on deciding whether a practice meets this criteria.
